This notice explains how SeaSage Technologies Limited handles information that you provide through the public Testify marketing website.
Information we collect
A demonstration or event form may ask for your name, school name, school location, role, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, current examination method, operational challenges and any message you choose to provide. The website also receives ordinary technical request information needed to operate and protect the forms, such as request time and network address.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a relevant Testify demonstration, discuss deployment or commercial requirements, and protect the forms from abuse. We do not use a form submission to make an automatic decision about you or your school.
How information is delivered
Form submissions are delivered to Testify by email. We use Resend as the transactional email delivery provider, so submitted information is processed by that provider for delivery. The marketing website does not add a separate lead database for these forms.
Contact from Testify
When you consent and submit a form, SeaSage Technologies Limited may use the email address or phone number you provide to follow up about Testify. You can ask us to stop contacting you about the enquiry.
Retention and security
We aim to keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to handle the conversation, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable obligations. Exact retention periods and the final retention schedule require legal approval. We use server-side validation, request-size limits, abuse controls and access controls appropriate to the form-delivery process, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be risk-free.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any applicable legal or record-keeping requirement. Contact hello@testify.com.ng and describe the request and the enquiry it relates to.
